Summary  Project Guidelines

ACC Project Applications

Construction Project Application Package. Use this application and its enclosed documents when constructing projects such as a new house, adding to an existing house, or reconstructing a damaged or destroyed main residential structure. This package contains forms, instructions, checklist, etc. Please be sure you are submitting the current version (dated December 5, 2008) of the Construction Project Application Package; do not use older versions.
Construction Change Order Use to request a change to an approved Construction Project. (Current form is dated July 5, 2006)
Ancillary Building Application Package. Use this application and its enclosed documents when constructing projects such as detached garages. This package contains forms, instructions, checklist, etc. Please be sure you are submitting the current version (dated September 16, 2008) of the Ancillary Building Application Package; do not use older versions.
Landsape and Fence Application Use for landscape and/or fence approvals. The current form is dated March 23, 2008.
Miscellaneous Project Application Use for all work not covered by the above applications. Please avoid delaying your project; ensure you are using this most current version of the application, dated March 3, 2007

ACC Decisions: Applicants will be notified by mail of ACC decisions only after the ACC has reviewed and approved the meeting minutes. Please allow two weeks following the ACC meeting to receive mail notification. HOA policy prohibits releasing ACC decisions prior to ACC approval of the minutes. However, applicants may attend the ACC meetings to hear the ACC discussion and decision. Minutes will be posted on this web site when approved.
