Owners should not ignore violation notices. If some circumstances prevent immediate corrective action, owners should contact the King's Deer Office as soon as possible to work out a satisfactory resolution plan. If the violation remains unresolved, a second notice is sent to the owner informing of the continued violation and establishing a deadline for resolution. If the deadline of the second notice passes without resolution, a variety of actions may be taken, which include, but are not limited to, a review of the situation by the Board of Directors--a "hearing"--with possible consequences such as imposition of a fine. Violation Reporting If you spot a continuing violation and wish to report it for enforcement action, you may contact our office using the contact information displayed on the Administration page of this web site. |
