Water Consumption Information Available
King's Deer homeowners can review their 2008 water consumption information through the Owner area of this web site.

Simply log in through the Owner Log In (see menu at left). Once logged in, select Water and then select Review Water Use. The web site displays
• water meter readings for 2007 and 2008,
• computed annual water consumption in gallons and acre-feet, and
• amount of water consumed as a percent of the maximum annual water authorization.

New Director Positions
On December 15, the new Board of Directors convened for the first time following the annual election of directors. Their first order of business was to appoint officers of the Board. Those appointments are:

James Hazuka: President
James Highhouse: Vice President and ACC Liaison
Tony Winslow: Secretary
Penny Dyer: Assistant Treasurer and Common Area Maintenance
Charles Zink: Covenant Enforcement Oversight
Brian Ramsey

A seventh director postion, which expires November 2009, remains vacant.
