Column Descriptions

Vacant Number of properties that are vacant--no construction has been started.

Constr Number of properties on which new house construction has started, but has not been completed.

House Number of properties that contain a completed house.

Other Includes properties that don't fall into one of the three previous categories. Typically a property would fall into this category if it has a house but the house has been so severely damaged as to be virtually uninhabitable and require substantial reconstruction.

Filing Total The total number of lots within a filing. It is the sum of the numbers to the left.
