ACC Project Applications
- Construction Project Application Package. Use this application and its enclosed documents when constructing projects such as a new house, adding to an existing house, or reconstructing a damaged or destroyed main residential structure. This package contains forms, instructions, checklist, etc.
- Construction Change Order. Use to request a change to an approved Construction Project.
- Ancillary Building Application Package. Use this application and its enclosed documents when constructing projects such as detached garages. This package contains forms, instructions, checklist, etc.
- Landscape and Fence Application. Use for landscape and/or fence approvals. A site plan or drawing must accompany the application.
- Miscellaneous Project Application. Use for all work not covered by the above applications. i.e. exterior paint, stucco, shingles, deck, and recreational equipment.
- Dumpster Application. Use for use of dumpster or similar on site. For either external or internal project.
- Storage Container Application. Use for use of a temporary, portable, storage container (such as PODS) on site.
Email, mail or deliver project applications to the Architectural Control Committee via the following methods. Applications must be received at least 48-hours (2-days) before the ACC meeting to allow time for the Committee members to review the application and support documments.

ACC Decisions: Applicants will be notified of ACC decisions only after the ACC has reviewed and approved the project application and other submitted support documentation. Some projects will require a site visit before the ACC makes a decision. Please allow up to one week following the ACC meeting to receive email or mail notification. Applicants are encouraged to attend the ACC meetings to hear the ACC discussion and decision. Minutes will be posted on this web site when approved.
