Welcome to the King's Deer Library This is a centralized source for King's Deer HOA documents, including governance documents, policies, Design Standards, reports, and ACC application forms. Below is a general description of what you will find in each of the above five menu selections. Minutes and financial reports are available to HOA members in the Library section of the Owner area.

Maps: A variety of different maps depict King's Deer in different ways, including the plain-vanilla street map.

Newsletter: Review current and past newsletters to get a sense of King's Deer issues and history.

Crime Prevention: Newsletters, tips and information sheets provided in coordination with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and other local law enforcement agencies.

Forms and Applications: Forms, instructions, and guidelines for ACC project application forms. Note: Design Standards are available through the Governance Documents link, above.

Governance Documents: On March 20, 2007, the King's Deer Board of Directors declared by unanimous vote, the following documents are the governance documents of King's Deer Homeowners Association.

• King's Deer Subdivision Covenants
• King's Deer Highlands Subdivision Covenants
• Design Standards
• All policies, standards, rules, regulations and resolutions adopted by the King's Deer Board of Directors.
• All Water Augmentation Plans
